Soul coaching will show us that everything we need is inside ourselves. A variety of several coaching techniques, NLP, ThetahealingⓇ, multidimensional and frequency therapies are applied.
Sessions
Each treatment is unique, during the therapeutic process we will decide which quantic therapy to apply.
There are 12 sessions for the duration of 3 months, 1 session per week (60 to 90 minutes per session, online or face-to-face).
These sessions will focus on your Self-Knowledge (where we will find out which are the limiting beliefs, negative thoughts or soul wound, for example hurt from rejection or injustice, are holding you back some way); Transformation bringing the light of your unconscious to the conscious in order to set free and weaken the limitations with therapeutic techniques; Empowerment, after becoming aware of your wounds, limiting beliefs, saboteurs and having released and weakened them, it is time to fill yourself with Light, Joy and rescue your true essence of Self-Love; Support throughout your journey to help with reflections, bring awareness and propel it when needed.
