THERAPEUTIC PROCESS

This meditative practice will help us to become aware of our blocks, fears and limiting beliefs. As we notice these blocks, we can actively work to heal them, opening up an infinite source of abundance and love.

Meditation is a simple practice that will help to reduce stress, increase tranquility, harmony, patience, provide mental clarity and mindfulness, promote deep and restful sleep, which leads to happiness.

When we allow ourselves to be truly present in our body, the heart softens and opens and we begin to use feelings as a compass on our path.

In this way, guided meditation can help you find your Soul and heal your body.

In this meditative practice I will guide you to discipline and direct your attention.

These eight steps of your Awakened Walk include: Joy of Walking; Co-create; Mental and bodily armors (feeling/thinking and acting); Resilience; Forgiveness and Gratitude; Transmutation; Transform the interpretations of the past and Give a new meaning to life.

This journey will consist of eight steps with a view to achieving a balance between mind, heart (emotions) and actions (acting), which points out to four pillars to be integrated: commitment; the relationships; the life mission and achievement. Depending on your stage of life, you will be able to experience different levels of consciousness.

This journey of personal development is a process towards personal transformation through awareness, leaving the rational process, giving up the usual roles and not looking for the reasons (whys) of things but for the goals (what), allowing yourself to be and letting the experiences flow and happen. Accept what life brings in deep gratitude.

Aware that what is most important is to have our values aligned with our goals and mission in life, to be aligned in our thinking, feeling and acting, in order to move towards a co-construction of a better world.

These sessions are contraindicated in the case of psychopathology, so the person should consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist.
